1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Digital Product and Refund Policy, and the Educational Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products through its links.
2. Website Purpose
The website provides general information about Progressive Defense Systems, firearms and personal-protection training, preparedness publications, and related educational content. Website information may be changed, corrected, or removed without notice.
3. Training Inquiries and Classes
A website inquiry, email, or telephone conversation does not reserve a class, guarantee acceptance, establish an instructor-student relationship, or create a contract. Training is scheduled only after Progressive Defense Systems confirms the class, date, location, eligibility, prerequisites, price, payment requirements, equipment requirements, and applicable safety rules.
Participants must provide accurate information, follow instructor and range commands, comply with applicable laws and facility rules, and meet any stated age, legal-eligibility, equipment, and prerequisite requirements. Progressive Defense Systems may refuse or discontinue training when necessary for safety, legality, suitability, or rule compliance.
4. Digital Products and Third-Party Checkout
Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Purchases are also subject to Gumroad's applicable terms and checkout disclosures. Product descriptions, included files, prices, and availability may be updated. Refunds and access problems are governed by the Digital Product and Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property and Personal License
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, photographs, graphics, publications, worksheets, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Progressive Defense Systems LLC and are protected by applicable law.
A lawful purchaser receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the purchased digital product for personal or household educational use. The purchaser may print worksheets and check sheets for personal or household use. No product or site content may be copied for distribution, posted publicly, uploaded to file-sharing or artificial-intelligence training services, resold, sublicensed, republished, or used to create a competing product without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the website, defeat security measures, submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, harvest information, introduce malicious code, or use the site or its materials to violate law or the rights of others.
7. Educational Limits
Website and publication content is general educational information, not individualized legal, medical, emergency-management, engineering, firearms, tactical, financial, or other professional advice. Review the complete Educational Disclaimer before relying on any content.
8. External Services and Links
Links to Gumroad, YouTube, FormSubmit, social platforms, government sources, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Progressive Defense Systems does not control their availability, security, policies, content, or performance and does not endorse every statement, product, or service available through them.
9. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Progressive Defense Systems does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that any information, plan, product, route, device, method, or service will be suitable for every person or circumstance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progressive Defense Systems LLC and its owner, instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, external services, or educational materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
12. Changes and Contact
These terms may be revised as the website, products, or services change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent to pdsystemsaz@gmail.com or 480-453-4934.
