1. Checkout and Delivery
Checkout, payment processing, receipts, and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad. After a successful purchase, use the receipt email or Gumroad library to access the files. Keep a copy of the receipt and download the product promptly for offline storage.
2. What You Receive
The product page identifies the title, format, page count, included files, and price. Individual volumes are delivered as digital PDF files. The complete collection includes the six individual field guides, the Start Here guide, and the combined collection described on the product page. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Personal-Use License
Your purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal or household educational use. You may save reasonable backup copies and print worksheets or check sheets for your personal or household use. You may not distribute, share, upload, post, resell, sublicense, or reproduce the product for others.
4. Standard Refund Rule
Digital-product sales are normally final once access has been provided. A change of mind, failure to read the product description, purchasing the wrong volume, lack of compatible software, or failure to use the material does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
5. Problems Eligible for Review
Contact Progressive Defense Systems within seven calendar days of purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The delivered file is corrupted, will not open in a standard current PDF reader, or is materially incomplete.
- The product received materially differs from the product purchased.
- You cannot access the download after following the receipt instructions and requesting reasonable technical assistance.
Include the purchaser's name, purchase email, order or receipt number, product title, purchase date, and a concise description of the problem. Do not email payment-card numbers.
6. Resolution Process
Progressive Defense Systems may first provide a replacement file, corrected download, or reasonable access assistance. If the qualifying problem cannot be corrected, a full or appropriate partial refund may be issued through Gumroad. Refunds return to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider.
7. Abuse and Unauthorized Distribution
A refund may be denied when records indicate substantial downloading combined with redistribution, file sharing, chargeback abuse, fraud, or another violation of the product license. Progressive Defense Systems may protect its intellectual property and submit relevant records to Gumroad or a payment provider when responding to a dispute.
8. Rights Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Gumroad may also apply its own platform rules or issue refunds as required by law or its agreements.
