1. Information You Provide
We receive information you voluntarily provide when you call, email, purchase a product through a linked sales platform, or submit the training inquiry form. The inquiry form may request your name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred contact method, firearms experience level, training interest, and questions or goals.
2. Training Inquiry Processing
The training form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing and email-delivery service. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields so the inquiry can be sent to Progressive Defense Systems by email. Its practices are governed by the FormSubmit privacy terms.
Submitting the form requests information only. It does not create a training reservation, student relationship, contract, or payment obligation.
3. Website and Analytics Information
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, protects, and may generate technical logs for the website. Where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it provides aggregate usage measurements. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics.
The site loads web fonts from Google. When your browser requests those font files, Google may receive ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, and the requested resource.
4. Purchases and Payment Information
eBook checkout and digital delivery occur on Gumroad, not on gundaddy.us. Gumroad and its payment providers collect and process payment and transaction information under their own terms and privacy policies. Progressive Defense Systems does not collect payment-card numbers through this website. We may receive purchase details made available by Gumroad when reasonably necessary for delivery, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
5. How Information Is Used
- Respond to inquiries and recommend an appropriate training starting point.
- Provide customer service and resolve purchase or download problems.
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.
- Maintain appropriate business, tax, accounting, and safety records.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity and comply with legal obligations.
6. When Information May Be Shared
Information may be shared with service providers that perform necessary functions, including website hosting and security, analytics, form delivery, email, checkout, payment processing, and digital-product delivery. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer. Progressive Defense Systems does not sell or rent inquiry information.
7. Retention and Security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, safety documentation, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Progressive Defense Systems by emailing pdsystemsaz@gmail.com. Requests are handled subject to identity verification and any information that must be retained for legal, safety, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Requests involving Gumroad, FormSubmit, Cloudflare, Google, or another provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
9. Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and they should not submit personal information. A parent or legal guardian should make inquiries for a minor. Training eligibility and parental requirements are addressed separately before any class is scheduled.
10. External Links and Changes
The site links to third-party websites whose privacy practices are outside Progressive Defense Systems' control. This policy may be updated as the site or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
